Samplab has announced the release of new audio plugin that analyzes any oneshot and recreates it using an on-device AI engine. Resynthesizer gives you full control to reshape your sounds and experiment with them in new and creative ways.
The engine synthesizes the harmonic and percussive parts of your sample separately, giving you individual control over each. You can tweak parameters like the number of harmonics, apply drive, smoothen the sound, and fine-tune the character of both layers independently.
You can drop in one or two samples, and Resynthesizer will automatically pitch them so you can play them as an instrument straight away. It can also merge two different sounds to create completely new ones, with an LFO to control the blend between the two.
Resynthesizer for Windows and Mac (VST3/AU) is available as a perpetual license (currently €77.99 EUR) or as part of the Samplab Complete subscription (€9.99 EUR/month). The synthesizer is also available to try with a selection of presets on the website, no download needed.
